Learn what you can do with your Business Bay

The Warner Business Bays are located within the Warner Business Park which is conveniently located 5 minutes east of Okotoks, by Aldersyde. The Park is just off Highway #2, and a quick 10 minute drive south from Calgary. We’re also a short 10 minute drive north from High River using convenient access to the highway #2 corridor.

You can store virtually anything in your Business Bay. This includes recreational vehicles, quads, dirt bikes, vehicles, boats and everything between. Need to use your garage as a workshop? No problem, it can be used for that too! Use your Business Bay for business equipment, trailers, products, office space and more!

Yes, A Foothills County Development Permit and Building Permit may be required depending on the amount of interior development and uses that are planned. We can assist you in this process from start to finish.

Signage is planned for the building exterior and a free-standing sign at the front of the building.

Yes – For ALL your business storage and operational needs.
Yes, you can operate your business within your Business Bay.

Yes, the Warner Business Bays can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
